ZMYM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,373 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEX3A, PSPC1, and KBTBD6. Each is linked with ZMYM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMYM2 versus MEX3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
