Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMYM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, 14-3-3_beta, and FASN. Each is linked with ZMYM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ZMYM2-low versus ZMYM2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMYM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMYM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
