Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMYM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,986 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMYM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, RCC1, and NUP160. Each is linked with ZMYM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMYM1-to-partner and partner-to-ZMYM1 results are reported.
