Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMPSTE24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,168 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMPSTE24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA 3' uridylation, Negative regulation of telomere capping, and Prenylation. Each is linked with ZMPSTE24 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMPSTE24-to-partner and partner-to-ZMPSTE24 results are reported.
