Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMPSTE24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMPSTE24-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, N-Ras, and Heregulin. Each is linked with ZMPSTE24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMPSTE24-to-partner and partner-to-ZMPSTE24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by ZMPSTE24-low versus ZMPSTE24-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMPSTE24→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMPSTE24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
