Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 557 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGT1, SUN2, and RHBDD3. Each is linked with ZMAT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT5-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GGT1 grouped by ZMAT5-low versus ZMAT5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
