ZMAT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,316 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPA, CBX1, and NIBAN2. Each is linked with ZMAT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT4-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT4 versus CDC42BPA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
