ZMAT4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 405 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNGR1, ZMYND8, and KIF3B. Each is linked with ZMAT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT4-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT4 versus SYNGR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
