ZMAT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,987 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT5, SPC25, and SUV39H2. Each is linked with ZMAT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT4-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT5 grouped by ZMAT4-low versus ZMAT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
