Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMAT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,047 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Chromosomal 5-methylcytosine DNA demethylation pathway, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ZMAT4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT4-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT4 results are reported.
