ZMAT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZMAT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS15AP9, CYCSP26, and LINC02528. Each is linked with ZMAT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT3-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS15AP9 grouped by ZMAT3-low versus ZMAT3-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
