Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZMAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,586 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRD8, DDX46, and LIG1. Each is linked with ZMAT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT2-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZMAT2 versus BRD8 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZMAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZMAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
