Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZMAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZMAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRAP, KRTAP3-2, and TBC1D3. Each is linked with ZMAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZMAT2-to-partner and partner-to-ZMAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NRAP grouped by ZMAT2-low versus ZMAT2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
