ZKSCAN5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 170 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND8, NDRG1, and UBE2R2. Each is linked with ZKSCAN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN5-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
