ZKSCAN5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4797, CEACAMP8, and VTI1B. Each is linked with ZKSCAN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN5-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
