ZKSCAN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZKSCAN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,144 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF6, KMT2E, and ZSCAN21. Each is linked with ZKSCAN5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN5-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
