ZKSCAN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,318 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RING1, CMTR1, and DAXX. Each is linked with ZKSCAN4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN4-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
