Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZKSCAN2-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZKSCAN2-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ZKSCAN2-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZKSCAN2-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PAAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, COAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where ZKSCAN2-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
