ZKSCAN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,774 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF3, TYW1, and PEX1. Each is linked with ZKSCAN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZKSCAN1 versus ZNF3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
