ZKSCAN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZKSCAN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,883 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZKSCAN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02886, NBEAP4, and MTUS2-AS1. Each is linked with ZKSCAN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZKSCAN1-to-partner and partner-to-ZKSCAN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02886 grouped by ZKSCAN1-low versus ZKSCAN1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZKSCAN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZKSCAN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
