ZIM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIM3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER2_pY1248, mTOR, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ZIM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIM3-to-partner and partner-to-ZIM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER2_pY1248 grouped by ZIM3-low versus ZIM3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
