ZIM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZIM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4Z1, DKK4, and S100A7A. Each is linked with ZIM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIM3-to-partner and partner-to-ZIM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP4Z1 grouped by ZIM3-low versus ZIM3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
