ZIM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,865 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC8, LDHA, and NDUFC1. Each is linked with ZIM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZIM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXOSC8 grouped by ZIM2-low versus ZIM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
