ZIK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 920 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDR39U1, RBM23, and PRMT5. Each is linked with ZIK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIK1-to-partner and partner-to-ZIK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZIK1 versus SDR39U1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
