ZIK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 938 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3912, DDIT3, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with ZIK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIK1-to-partner and partner-to-ZIK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3912 grouped by ZIK1-low versus ZIK1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
