Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZIK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,158 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZIK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal complex assembly, Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, and Negative regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with ZIK1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIK1-to-partner and partner-to-ZIK1 results are reported.
