Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,640 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZIC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD31, TMEM63C, and EIF4A1P8. Each is linked with ZIC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC5-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZIC5 versus ANKRD31 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
