Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZIC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,520 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZIC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5A-4P, WBP1LP6, and H2AB3. Each is linked with ZIC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZIC5-to-partner and partner-to-ZIC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU5A-4P grouped by ZIC5-low versus ZIC5-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZIC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZIC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
