ZHX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZHX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,431 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZHX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTK2, DERL1, and NDUFB9. Each is linked with ZHX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZHX1-to-partner and partner-to-ZHX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZHX1 versus PTK2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZHX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZHX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
