Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZHX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,035 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZHX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to condensed chromosome, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Protein localization to kinetochore. Each is linked with ZHX1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZHX1-to-partner and partner-to-ZHX1 results are reported.
