ZHX1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZHX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,149 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZHX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIG, METTL8, and CHEK2. Each is linked with ZHX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZHX1-to-partner and partner-to-ZHX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZHX1 versus PPIG in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZHX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZHX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
