ZGRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZGRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,450 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZGRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTCD, BRCA2, and ZSCAN29. Each is linked with ZGRF1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ZGRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZGRF1 versus GSTCD in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZGRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZGRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
