ZGRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZGRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,254 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZGRF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, MCM3, and SMC2. Each is linked with ZGRF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZGRF1-to-partner and partner-to-ZGRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZGRF1 versus RFC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZGRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZGRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
