Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZG16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,977 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZG16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid catabolic process, Nucleoside bisphosphate metabolic process, and Primary alcohol metabolic process. Each is linked with ZG16 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZG16-to-partner and partner-to-ZG16 results are reported.
