Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZG16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 856 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZG16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to indole-3-methanol, Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication, and Morula formation. Each is linked with ZG16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZG16-to-partner and partner-to-ZG16 results are reported.
