ZFYVE28

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,837 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFYVE28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCAF13, RANBP2_S3207, and NUP160. Each is linked with ZFYVE28 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE28-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE28 versus DCAF13 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
