Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE28 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,424 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFYVE28-associated genes across cancer lineages are GART, CFAP20DC, and RPS4XP11. Each is linked with ZFYVE28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE28-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE28 versus GART in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE28→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
