Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFYVE28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,640 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFYVE28-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Maintenance of protein localization in organelle. Each is linked with ZFYVE28 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE28-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE28 results are reported.
