ZFYVE16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFYVE16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,243 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFYVE16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, RASA1, and TBRG4. Each is linked with ZFYVE16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFYVE16-to-partner and partner-to-ZFYVE16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE16 versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFYVE16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFYVE16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
