ZFX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,135 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX3X, DDX3Y, and DDX3Y_S592. Each is linked with ZFX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFX-to-partner and partner-to-ZFX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFX versus DDX3X in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
