ZFX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFX-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED9, MRM3, and OXSM. Each is linked with ZFX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFX-to-partner and partner-to-ZFX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MED9 grouped by ZFX-low versus ZFX-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFX→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
