ZFR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,282 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR70, MBD3, and MSH2. Each is linked with ZFR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFR-to-partner and partner-to-ZFR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFR versus WDR70 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
