Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,695 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFR-associated genes across cancer lineages are C12orf57, CD274, and NARS1. Each is linked with ZFR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFR-to-partner and partner-to-ZFR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C12orf57 grouped by ZFR-low versus ZFR-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFR→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
