ZFPM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFPM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,891 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFPM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, FHL3, and FILIP1L. Each is linked with ZFPM2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFPM2 versus PDLIM7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
