ZFPM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFPM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,599 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2L8, RBM47, and FALEC. Each is linked with ZFPM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFPM2 versus OR2L8 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
