ZFPM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFPM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,318 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC45, CEP55, and DTL. Each is linked with ZFPM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC45 grouped by ZFPM2-low versus ZFPM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
