Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZFPM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,044 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFPM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with ZFPM2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPM2-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization grouped by ZFPM2-low versus ZFPM2-high in SKIN.
