ZFPM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFPM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,742 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFPM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAST, AHNAK2_S5175, and NSMCE1. Each is linked with ZFPM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPM1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFPM1 versus CAST in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
