Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFPM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,628 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZFPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR135B, NR5A2, and GATA6. Each is linked with ZFPM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPM1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZFPM1 versus MIR135B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
