ZFPM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZFPM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 471 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZFPM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-579P, YBX1P9, and MIR4682. Each is linked with ZFPM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZFPM1-to-partner and partner-to-ZFPM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-579P grouped by ZFPM1-low versus ZFPM1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZFPM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZFPM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
